Radiography Testing Training and Certification

Image
Radiography is used to test a variety of products such as welds, castings, forgings, and fabrications Because of the penetration and absorption capabilities of X and gamma radiation. Radiographic testing is one of the primary non-destructive test methods in use today. Radiographic testing usually requires exposing film to X or gamma rays that have penetrated a specimen, processing the exposed film, and interpreting the resultant radiography. ADVANTAGES OF RADIOGRAPHY (RT) Can be used with most materials. Provides a permanent visual image. Reveals the internal nature of material. Discloses fabrication errors. Reveals structural discontinuities LIMITATIONS OF RT: Impracticable to use on specimens of complex geometry. The specimen must lend itself to two-side accessibility. Laminar type discontinuities are often undetected by RT. Safety considerations imposed by X and Gamma rays must be considered. It is a relatively expensive means of non-destruct

Jobs for Engineers/'No job' is for those who don't try

Jobs for engineers as freshers nowadays are becoming a dream, but with a simple up-gradation we shall make the task simple!! How can we do this? First  we should understand the requirements of industry, what they expect in us. In general industries work for their client requirements and Customer satisfaction. What do this Client Expect ? Every Client expect their work to be done in International standard, so that the product is accepted Globally. In order to achieve a job with international standard, the industries require employees with knowledge of International Standards and Certifications from International Organizations to perform a specific work. So, in order to get our self placed after a degree, we need knowledge of International Standards and globally accepted certifications. Here we would like to list out few Global Standards Organizations for which we provide training and Certifications International Organization of Standards American Society of Mechanical Engin
